| How to apply
By Email
We will need to see a minimum of 2 shots of your baby / toddler. Both shots should be a close up of the face, preferably with one smiling and one not. We cannot consider any incomplete application forms, nor those which do not have the two required photographs attached. You will need to send these to us as small JPG's. Babyshak cannot accept weblinks to your child's photographs, nor photographs sent attached as a Word Document.
The application form is below, with a facility to attach your photographs. Once submitted, a message will appear on your screen to confirm it has been sent. If you do not receive a reply from the agency within 7 days of sending it, it should be assumed that it has not been sent correctly and should be submitted again, as we always reply to every applicant. If you are declined we will send you a letter confirming this, together with advice on seeking a reputable agency in the future.
Please do not call the agency to ask if we have received an application. A confirmation will appear on your screen once submitted and we always reply to every application. You are welcome to email application@babyshak.com, where we always try to reply within 4 working hours.

By Post
If you would prefer to post an application, you will need to provide us with a minimum of 2 shots of your baby / toddler; Both shots should be a close up of the face, preferably with one smiling and one not. They can be sent as hard copy, or on CD ROM. However you decide to send them, all postal applications should include a stamped addressed envelope for their return. If a child is deemed unsuitable and the application does not include a stamped addressed envelope, then we will not reply.

Do not email application forms and send photographs in the post seperately, as they will not be assessed.
Our intakes department will assess your child within 7-10 days from receipt of your application.
